1. Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Unused and in the same condition you received them.

In the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by us) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited through your original method of payment (bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, etc.).

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
