Return & Refund Policy – Shafa Oils (Pakistan)

At Shafa Oils, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them.

    • In the original packaging, with receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Opened, used, or damaged products (not caused by us) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited through your original method of payment (bank transfer, Easypaisa/JazzCash, etc.).

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered.

  • If you need to exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.

4. Return Process
